• Store Automation & Sync Logs: Trigger parameters, low-stock inventory thresholds, catalog item counts, daily order summaries, and workflow telemetry.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve our Shopify store automation software, workflow triggers, and database syncing engines.
• Send transactional SMS status alerts (with explicit consent) for OAuth connections, catalog indexing, low-stock alerts, and daily sales summaries.
• Use AI models to optimize ecommerce workflow routing, inventory thresholds, and API payload parsing.
• Send connection confirmations, automated run reminders, and system latency notices.
• Communicate important updates about your Shopify store connection, software licenses, or subscription status.
• Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and system diagnostics to improve our SaaS application.
• Detect, investigate, and prevent cybersecurity issues, service misuse, or fraud.

3. SMS Communications

This opt-in program is for transactional updates regarding our Shopify store automation SaaS platforms.

Transactional SMS: If you provide explicit consent to receive updates, we send transactional messages for OAuth connections, catalog syncing progress, inventory low-stock alerts, and store report summaries. Message frequency varies based on your active store activity and triggered workflows.

Consent Records: We retain records of SMS consent, including consent source, timestamp, and submitted number to support carrier and legal compliance requirements.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon opt-out, we process your request immediately and send a confirmation message.
